Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows for hassle-free adjustments within 24 hours of order placement for standard sculptures. Custom orders are subject to non-refundable deposits once production commences.

At Wohn Inspiration Winter, we understand that circumstances may arise which require changes to your order. We strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining the integrity of our business operations. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders for standard sculptures can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has commenced. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@wo-in-wi.de with your order details.
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Please note that any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs incurred for cancelled orders may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of processing and shipping status of the order.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees associated with cancelled orders.

5. Return of Merchandise:

  • If the order has already been shipped or delivered prior to cancellation, customers may be required to return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging at their own expense.
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

6. Exceptions:

  • In the event of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
